PITA collects not only guest reviews of hotels but also hotel reviews of guests. In the future, this will enable tourists to select hotels based on desired ratings and allow hotels to adjust pricing based on the guest's reputation.

Use PITA for booking and purchasing hotel services while adhering to the rules of your chosen hotel. Over time, this may help you save money or even receive services for free.

Don’t forget to rate hotels and leave comments, especially if your rating is less than the maximum. This feedback helps hotels improve!

AI, Data, and Privacy

At this stage, PITA uses AI solely to provide information to guests. However, once sufficient data about your preferences, orders, and bookings is accumulated, the system will offer personalized recommendations. Importantly, personal data is not collected, so user privacy remains intact. All data, reputation, and accumulated bonuses are tied only to your Telegram account.

In the future, we plan to enable account management via blockchain and transfer project governance to a DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) of users. This will allow you to ensure that recommendations serve the interests of users rather than becoming intrusive advertisements.
